A few booking notes before we build your quote.

Starting prices include the base design described. They are meant to give you a realistic planning point, not a bare-minimum teaser. Each quote is then tailored to the size of the moment, color palette, balloon type, personalization, theme complexity, materials, and service level needed.

Local delivery + standard setup are included for full-service installations. This applies to local installations within our regular service area. Grab-and-go pieces are priced for pickup and self-installation; local delivery or installation can be added when you want a more hands-off experience.

What can affect the final quote? Expanded scale, multiple focal areas, specialty balloons, premium foils, florals, rentals, custom signage, venue restrictions, difficult access, tight load-in windows, parking fees, extended travel, breakdown, and larger-scale logistics may change the final price.

A retainer reserves your date. A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due before installation, delivery, or pickup.

Rush requests are subject to availability. Events requested within 7–10 days may require a rush fee depending on availability, materials, and design complexity.

Outdoor installations are weather-sensitive. Wind, rain, heat, sun exposure, and venue restrictions may affect design placement, materials, or installation timing.
